FAQ

How to process the payment if I do not have a Paypal account? 

Please note that, it is not necessary to have the PayPal account to transfer, you may just process the payment by credit card. 

Have issue of the Payment processing? 

Please refer to the instruction below:

  1. Choose the item you want and “Add to cart”;
  2. Please “View Your Shopping Cart” and process the payment by “Check Out With PayPal” button, and you will redirect to the PayPal Page to process the payment.
  3. You don’t have to have a PayPal account. You may just need to enter your credit card information.
  4. Then click the “Continue” button.
  5. You will be able to change your shipping address and shipping method.
  6. When you finish everything, just click “Place Order” button.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship to all countries worldwide. You may estimate the shipping cost during the checkout process. 

What is the lead time after the place placed?

Items will be shipped within 3-5 business days after the orders placed. A goodwill letter with a tracking number will be emailed to you when the package has been shipped.

How to apply the coupon code?  

Please simply place the order with the correct item quantities you want, and enter the coupon code at the shopping cart “DISCOUNT CODES” column. Then you could process the check out and complete the payment.
